Anne is a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist specialising in sleep, stress, and pain. She follows a holistic, evidence-based approach which combines cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), clinical hypnotherapy, relaxation and mindfulness.

An integrative approach encompasses the mind and the body, offering support with a wide range of symptoms and issues including: Pain Management, Sleep Problems and Stress Relief, Nausea and Phobias (Needles, Scanners, Masks).

Hypnotherapy can also be used pre and post-surgery to alleviate nerves, manage pain, boost the immune system, and improve recovery times.

She holds a higher diploma in Hypno-CBT® from the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy (UKCHH) which is approved by the British Psychological Society. She is a registered practitioner with The General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR), holding their widely recognised General Qualification in Hypnotherapy Practice (GHQP).
